    Pros: - OpenSource thus free to use and open for customization
    - very flexible in terms of configuration that lets you monitor practically anything that has an IP address
    - a lot of ready to use Templates to monitor wide range of devices/servers/applications
    - huge range of integrations with third-party systems
    - very scalable
    - HighAvailability out-of-the box
    - great technical support available

    Cons: A bit steep learning curve due to extreme flexibility in what and how can be monitored

    Overall: Excellent for any size of organization. Very stable OpenSource product backed up by innovative company that delivers excellent support and has clear road map to develop the product.
