Cons: I cannot think of anything that was inconvenient and did not get fixed in the shortest terms by the development team of YouTestMe.

Overall: The platform and the support are often surpassing our expectations. It is so flexible, it has a potential of housing all kinds of exams, live proctored, distance-proctored, Artificial Intelligence record and review. It can work with a booking calendar or without it. The development team is continuously perfecting the interface and functionality.

Pros: I liked how comprehensive it was and how easy it was to use honestly. A big plus for me was that the customer support and the materials they provided were very much available at all times and so, so helpful!

Cons: There's not many cons I would say or I have seen. This software might appear a bit intimidating to first time users but from personal experience that goes away pretty fast after you've been using it for a bit.

Overall: I've been using YouTestMe for a while now and of all the testing softwares I had the pleasure of using this was by far the most comprehensive and most enjoyable. The process from logging in to getting a test report here is all very thought out and very detailed. I would go as far as saying this is as good as you can get in this industry!
