Pros: The delivery information driver activity tracking is fantastic. That improved a lot our customer service.

Cons: The cheaper version does not have real-time appointment optimization, which is a shame.

Overall: This software completely changed the way we managed our technicians' calls. It is way easier for all users involved. A must-have software

Pros: In our line of business, it is essential to be able to cover as many use cases as possible. The 100+ parameters available makes it the only software I tested that model our activity perfectly.

Cons: I would love more capabilities in reporting, specifically a customizable BI dashboard, like a drag & drop UI?

Overall: I am so happy that Geoconcept (Opti-Time) is now present in the US. TourSolver routing engine has been evolving over the last 10 years and is clearly above the pack.

Pros: I love being able to balance sales territories and have a management tool that handles close to 40K US zip codes.

Cons: I have noticed a slow down in performance when working with too many attributes on the zip code optimization.

Overall: If you are looking for an efficient and straightforward territory balancing software, I highly recommend their territory optimization module.

Pros: Easy to use, and onboarding e-training in the application, flexible integration. Also, Gartner Certified!

Cons: The US localization still needs some work but will probably be up to standards in the very near future.

Overall: This software has come a long way since its desktop version. The recent move to cover the US market has brought us one of the best routing planning software on the market.

Pros: New capabilities are rolled-out regularly, and they listen to their users for new features implementation.

Cons: Even though the interactive tutorials are an excellent addition, it would be nice to have a free training session at sign-up.

Overall: We went through a thorough process in selecting a vendor that provides reliable routing software/flexibility/quality support/reasonable pricing. This optimization software is just the best.

Pros: Easy to use great customer service and very reasonable price. Great API function followed by UI which is very useful to optimize routes for drivers and get packages delivered on time.

Cons: I love working with TourSolver and have no problems with it super easy to use and user friendly there is lots of different functions to use and very friendly team.

Overall: I've had a great experience using TourSolver in the past.

Pros: Quick to understand and to take in hand. In less than a day it's ok.
Managed constraints difficult to find elsewhere (overnight stay, frequency etc..). Very useful to carry out studies.
Frequent updates with innovative features.

Cons: Support was sometimes a bit long to answer. A live chat would be great!
The optimization could be a little bit long sometime (2 minutes).
Could be a little cheaper (it would help my budget) :)

Overall: The recent releases will fill in the few gaps I hope. Apart from that it is a very powerful and useful tool that I recommend.
