Pros: Straight forward to implement, easy to maintain and low resource for training new employees. We renew each year because the it fulfills all of our requirements for our customer base.

Cons: Sometimes support can be a little slow if we email the helpdesk, but this is generally not the case.

Overall: We have been using SafeDNS now for a number of years. we are very happy with the service we receive and most importantly the robust solution that just works 24/7 365 days a year, which fits with our SLA's to our customers.

Pros: The ease of configuration, the categories and the reliability of the product are impressive, something very important is that it does not make devices slower. I could say that the product makes your network more efficient by eliminating junk traffic.

Pros: Easy to setup for 4 different geographical sites.

Whitelisting wanted sites is simple with good support from SafeDNS when a website may have a selection of addresses to whitelist.

Blacklisting based on SafeDNS suggestions and groups makes life easier.

Cons: The product continually evolves along with the changes required for security. Sometimes this leads to settings changes in screens that become a bit hard to find again if you are not continually checking changes. I prefer a set and forget approach without constant checking.

Overall: Great support and very effective system.

Easy to setup for a multi-site company with many simple to use features and good written support materials.

Pros: Plenty of options for blocking time-wasting sites at the workplace.

Cons: We would like to have the statistics reports in another format instead of just a CSV standard format when receiving the monthly statistics at the email address.

Overall: SafeDNS is a critical part of our network-securing infrastructure.
We need to block fake or dangerous websites that could harm our company's equipment, and SafeDNS effectively serves this purpose.

Cons: There’s no real negatives. Perhaps a Mac OS client in the future would be nice.

Overall: Easy to setup, with minimal IT skills, plenty of features and options to suit our needs. Been using over a year without any issues and blocked plenty of sites learners shouldn’t be going on with success.

Pros: Peace of mind that our WiFi is secure. The staff is very helpful. Very easy to install and maintain.

Cons: There is nothing that I can think of that is a negative.

Cons: There were usability issues but as per "pros" all were addressed.

Overall: SafeDNS is 100% recommended as a solution provider in managing the immense flow of unwanted data and thus increase fair distribution to all internet clients.

Pros: Cyber Security is happy with the product and have no plans to discontinue deployment. We have a robust Cyber Security program so having their approval is definitely a pro.

Cons: Cannot speak in-depth about potential cons as our deployment is currently minimal within our environment.

Overall: Software is performing its designated function as expected. Our deployment is currently minimal and so cannot speak in-depth about all of its capabilities.

Pros: Very easy to use and setup up on Windows 10/11. Blocks access to unwanted sites and can be centrally managed with policies.

Cons: Requires use of OpenVPN on iOS devices. Would be nice to have an Android and iOS app.

Overall: Excellent PC & mobile device product for managing DNS based protection. Once set up it can be left alone to manage itself.

Pros: SafeDNS is a perfect tool to protect your network in a few minutes. Easy to deploy, quick, robust... Perfect!!!

Cons: Nothing to note. +4 years using it without significant incidents.
