    Pros: This software has been a great program to operate our type of school. It has made keeping track of student balances, attendance, and class information easy for the most part! Always a learning curve trying to navigate a new program but Lynne has been great customer support whenever needed!! RollCall can do so much and I keep learning new ways to use it to help our school run smoother.

    Cons: There is a lot of different functions this software can do so it can be overwhelming at first. This is also not an accounting program so that was an issue at first but we have since resolved with the help from customer support and the specialized reports that can be done. Thank you Lynne!!

    Overall: Great- It has been just what we needed for the time being. Lynne in customer support has been great help and always gets back to us quickly if we have any issues or questions. She is also very patient with us in learning a new program which is much appreciated.
