    Pros: We're grateful for Hosting.com tech support. It's timely, addresses the issues squarely (no deflecting or superficial answers, or misunderstanding of the issues). This is hugely important to us, and it's always a big relief to have issues resolved expeditiously, and not have to spend endless time on them.

    Cons: Haven't encountered any issues that weren't resolved reasonably and promptly.

    Overall: Excellent hosting experience for the six sites I manage. I have very long experience with tech support for hosting platforms, and so far, Hosting.com has been the best. We formerly used SiteGround, which once had excellent support, but then began triaging their support and not responding to requests from customers who'd had more than a certain number of issues in the last six months. Ugh. Unacceptable.

    Pros: Fantastic service. Fast response time. Easy to understand instructions to resolve any problems. Little to no down times.

    Cons: NO cons that I have experienced.

    Overall: Hosting.com has always had fantastic support for any problems you may have. Response time is very quick and any instructions they give are clear and easy to understand. I have been with Hosting.com for a long time now and they have never let me down and work quickly to resolve any problems and get you up and running again.     Pros: Competitive pricing, great server options, terrific and fast support, uptime is phenomenal. Comes complete with all Cpanel tools.

    Cons: I have used this platform for several years and have not had any major issues.

    Overall: Hosting.com is the best hosting available with multiple server options. Pricing is VERY competitive, and they run regular discounts for multiyear subscriptions. Support is impeccable and all tools are included.

    Pros: Hosting.com support regularly solves any glitches quickly and easily (once I find that something has gone ka-flooey). It usually ends up being a simple setting, app update or other thing I've overlooked in website maintenance.

    Cons: No cons, no notes, nothing but thumbs up (if you're reading this far) because they are on the case nights and weekends, holidays and wherever websites are in distress.

    Overall: My overall experience? I'm a marketing guy, not a tech/apps/code and plumbing expert so it helps to have some reliable and knowledgeable folks to offer the equivalent of 'roadside assistance' to my websites.

    Pros: Reliable hosting, you can find all necessary tools when you need to create great business. The team is experienced enough and quick when you need to migrate mail and other services, you can easily switch between plans and maintain work. The most important thing about Hosting.com is that it unique, to me it is not a crowded hosting company with so many clients, they care about their customers and maintain quality. Finally, security matters and so is Hosting.com security.

    Cons: For more than 5 years now, I have nothing I can claim wrong about Hosting.com.

    Pros: Changed my main website to A2 some years ago after a couple of bad experiences with other hosting and domain companies.

    Cons: Support could be frustrating initially, feeling I was being left to deal with the issue but I think that's the nature of support. We got there in the end.

    Overall: Happy with service over the years and have since changed all my sites over to A2. Support is always tricky with any hosting company but they have always resolved any issues effectively.

    "A2 Hosting is a complete scam"

    Pros: Zero, there are no pros with them. They claim to give you great offers but give nothing, no free domain, no unlimited subdomains and charge 2x when you renew

    Cons: Expensive as hell, no features and Cheaters and scammers will take your money

    Overall: A2 Hosting is a complete scam. Stay away from them. Firstly, they are expensive and don't give anything like free domain and unlimited subdomains which others like Hostinger does. I took A2 Hosting's hosting package in November 2023 on a Black Friday sale but still got an expensive deal. I hosted my sites on their maximum limit of three subdomains. In August end 2024, I emailed them saying I wouldn't be renewing their hosting in November 2024 and deleted my credit card details from their site. Within 24 hours I got a bunch of emails saying my account had been terminated for violation of some TOS. Apparently, 9 months after I hosted my websites, they found evidence of phishing just after I had emailed them saying I won't be renewing in November. So as revenge they did not allow me to use their hosting services for the next three months although I had paid for 12 months. They are plain cheats and scammers. I regret using their services and plan on reporting them to regulatory and enforcement authorities.

    "Perl file opening"

    Pros: Good response time. I asked for the absolute server file path for perl. My file open for read gave no file content but my file path was not the issue. The open script had a typo in: open F, "$fle" | die "Can not open file $fle $!"; Before the die the symbol should be "||" for a logical or but the "|" made perl attempt to pipe output to a non-existent file what I call the bit bucket. A2 Hosting returned the absolute file path on a Sunday with the issue reported the night before. My web site is perl based not their WordPress application, but the support for this small customer base still seems to get good staff support.

    Cons: My own code review left a little to be desired; but a reminder that one missed character can have major results - always bad.

    Overall: Very helpful confirmation allowing me to shift attention to locate the real problem. A2 Hosting is fair and treat everyone as an equal.They by example and the approach of embracing change and adapting to changing work situations encourages others to do the same.They have staff with the making of a strong leaders
    and encouraged customers to garner the respect and attention deserved.
    Communication skills were great and this is reflected by how highly the industry speaks of them.

    "I received wonderful support from A2 hosting"

    Pros: I received wonderful support from A2 hosting when I had issues with my websites, that were due in large part to my lack of expertise. I learned a lot about when to make backups, staging sites, and when to not make too many staging sites daisy chained. Even though my lack of skill caused the A2 staff a lot of extra work, they were very helpful and patient with me as we worked it out. I will not make the same mistake again of getting my work tangled up, and we got it all sorted out nicely. I highly recommend A2 hosting for their team, their equipment, their skill and their patience.

    Cons: It did take a day or two to hear back from my emailing a ticket, but I knew I could call them with my ticket number to speed things up, and I chose not to do that. They give a lot of attention to each ticket, and I knew that the issue was my mistake.

    Overall: Pleased with the A2 hosting support and overall experience of their hosting service for my websites. I have several of my own websites related to my artwork, my community, and the towns nearby, and I have also developed websites for clients. I have been self-employed for my entire career, and I have used the web since it began in the last century. I still need a lot of help since I am mostly an artist.

    "Very good Tech Support, uncomplicated upgrade"

    Pros: I desperately needed a website, since i wasn't able to work due to a nerve disease the last two years, but with the new medication it got a lot better. Sadly, during this phase of illness and desperation, i wasn't able to work.
    So I'm standing here with a lot of expertise, no money, but i need to build a reputation:
    I need a virtual private server, where i can soon document my progress and whats possible in the topic my company will be active. Furthermore a vpn server.

    So i took the cheapest vps offer from A2, and since its 24 years ago since i was unix admin, i forgot all the details.

    But luckily, the service chat at A2 helped me to resolve every issue i ran into, despite i paid only $3 for the first month.

    This customer service is better than everything i experienced so far.
    And since i have an university diploma in computer science and a masters degree in machine learning, i often had expensive contracts with bad customer service.

    A2 is inexpensive and has excellent customer service.

    Cons: The tutorials on the website are a bit hard to understand. Also for unmanaged vps there are obviously not a lot.

    Overall: Very good. Exactly what i needed.
    I have, due to being unable to work, not much money. Therefore I'm happy with the affordable offers for unmanaged hosting.

    Pros: 1. Excellent support.
    2. Very fair and competitive pricing.
    3. So far, so good; I believe that A2's solutions will be a perfect fit for my goals/ambitions.

    Cons: Not applicable during this initial stage; everything is going well thus far. Since I was diligent in researching hosting companies prior to signing up with A2, I am confident that if I do encounter any "cons," they will be of a nature with which support can assist me.

    Overall: This was my third call to A2 Hosting support (both sales and tech, first as a prospective customer and then as a new customer). Each call was answered by an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful representative each rep (David in sales and Chidube and Ken in tech) took great care to listen, anticipate my needs, and assist me with the fundamental insights and direction I need at this early stage using their solutions. What a great team, and what a great user experience. With all other things being more or less equal among whatever product and service providers I'm considering, the quality of and access to support is what seals the deal for me.
