Pros: We are a small non-profit who does professional development for Out-of-School Time staff (afterschool, youth programs, summer camp etc.). Due to the nature of our industry we have many layers of data needed to be captured during event registration. Event Titans (ET) has been a great platform for us, so much so in our 2nd year we did a multi year renewal. ET has been really good about listening to our feedback and helping meet our needs. They are very quick to respond and it is easy to get ahold of who ever you need to when ever you need to. No need to call a general call center for help.
We have used 2 other platforms in the past, one was OK, one was really bad. Then we found ET. I highly recommend this platform.

Cons: They don't have a user manual, and only have some video tutorials. It does take a little while to learn the program. But they are quick to respond to your questions and easy to contact.

Overall: Overall I highly recommend this platform, just know its gonna take a while to learn. Siva is nice to work with and as I said previously, the company is quick to respond.

Pros: Event Titans offers all of the important features we need to get attendees, presenters, and exhibitors registered. The team at ET is so helpful. We are grateful to have found this software after an exhaustive search

Cons: It is not well suited for attendees who use a purchase order, but we have addressed the issue. It would also be helpful for large groups to be able to upload their attendees from a spreadsheet. But the features that we find do not fit our needs are always rapidly attended to.

Overall: Excellent experience and far fewer headaches getting people registered, information collected, and money collected.

Pros: The value for money and unrelenting how-to and technical support were superior and critical to our virtual event's success.

Cons: With their constant upgrades and enhancements, it would be great if their documentation can keep pace.

Overall: This was our first virtual event deployment with an important multinational client. Event Titan held our hand to learn the system and deploy the system, as we wanted.

Pros: Along with managing the current event it is also required to get the best out of the ongoing event to utilize it in the next event. That’s what EventTitans did for us! With its inbuilt CRM and data analysis feature, the platform recorded all the attendees’ details and their activities during the event. This huge data is now being preserved as a starter to plan for the next event, where we don’t need to market our brand to our existing attendees, rather we can reach out to them directly. Also, with this we now know what exactly are our attendees looking for in our events and we customize the events accordingly.

Cons: With this CRM feature, we can pull out a huge amount of data that becomes a bit overwhelming which contains contact details of each and every attendees and the recording of their activities, clicks, etc. But, it is the most important data that we can’t ignore too. Hence, we liked the entire platform with trending tools and needed software.

Overall: It was a lovely experience working with EventTitans and we are looking forward to host more engaging virtual events partnering with ET.

Pros: At first glance, ET tracks the client journey from invitation through participation and payment, thereafter accepts, tracks, and reports on transactions made, has flexible and attractive event design features, offers standard and highly customizable reporting and finally gives ways to communicate effectively with some of the invited, attended, or cancelled event pools. This makes ET an all-rounder when it comes to the holistic duties of a virtual and hybrid platform such as this.

Cons: One little feedback we would like to give is that it is difficult to track email addresses of people who have chosen to opt-out versus emails that have bounced and been automatically marked as opted-out. It would be great if ET looked into this. Apart from that, the experience at ET was near-perfect and we would give them high praise.

Overall: ET surely has carved a niche for themselves by way of these features, and going forward I think it would be fair to say that ET can become a household name for companies and start-ups alike looking to increase their brand presence worldwide.

Pros: They have Live Trivia, Q&A and Polls making it all the more easier for us to keep our customers engaged through these interactive features. They also allow us to monitor the attendees’ questions before they ask and admit/deny the access of attendees’ based upon our preferences for a smoother program at our end.

Cons: We couldn’t really think of any con as such and would specially call out their trivia feature out to distinction as this really helped in engaging our customers to the core and never bore them.

Overall: It was extremely smooth and engaging for all and we would definitely come back to ET for their services.

Pros: The virtual event we hosted here turned out to be pretty high-yielding and the feedback we got from our customers were extremely positive, not having received a single negative comment. We also hosted a fundraiser and a conference and it turned out to be pretty seamless as well.

Cons: We do understand that there is a lot of data which is constantly being transferred back and forth from channel to channel and hence there would be a bit of lag in the actual event. But due to the customization features being available in plenty at ET, we had a seamless experience thereafter.

Overall: We have now found our new go-to platform for hosting conferences and events. Given the current scenario, virtual events would be the way forward for all companies and with ET as our saviour, we know that they have some brilliant tricks up their sleeves to boost our attendees’ engagement!

Pros: ET has done a tremendous job in updating its technology. They are constantly updating their system based on feedback they've received (enhancement requests) or industry changes.

However, the most striking feature we’ve noticed in ET is the community forum and its customer service team. Their forum is the most vibrant and interactive team we’ve ever met. We got instant support and feedback regarding our backchannel requests to change a plugin necessary for the e-auction.

Cons: No cons as such really. The user interface was flawless and to the point.

Overall: Would give ET full marks for their design and support and would highly recommend any and every brand to use their services for greater heights.

Pros: The platform is very user-friendly. Without much training or experience, you can easily figure out how to create registration sites, set up reports, and manage meeting requests. The celebrity and community forums are very useful. ET is able to manage events from end to end—from RFPs and budgeting to event registration and feedback surveys. They have a holistic customer support team as well attending to any and every needs of its customers.

Cons: Some of the new product integrations were sometimes a bit clunky but they quickly got fixed owing to a great technical team.

Overall: I would give ET a 9/10 when it comes to an overall score. Its holistic and robust all-round performance makes for a blockbuster of a hybrid event hosting platform.

Pros: The interface is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. It is also pretty straightforward and easy to comprehend. There were a few questions which our team had with regards to the ticketing and those were immediately attended to by the technical team. The help documentation is also readily available.

Cons: We were looking for some more customization options which our team was unable to find but the customer support immediately suggested some replacement options and those were really helpful.

Overall: I think this is the best platform to host events on a hybrid basis and ET is the way forward for future events. We definitely have found a niche in ET and we would keep coming back for hosting events here.

Pros: ET has AI matchmaking allowing attendees to customize their
interests to find the best matches with their partner companies and attendees alike. This was the highlight out of all the other features and it really helped in finding out the best interests for our attendees.

Cons: Apart from being slightly slow in the process after launching the website, I can think of no other con for now.

Overall: An extremely seamless and streamlined experience with ET. They have their own built-in CRM as well making it easier for us to have event announcements from a more central location. We didn’t need to rely on a third-party CRM software for this. All in all, an excellent platform!

Pros: I would say that EventTitans is the best hybrid platform for a company’s branding requirements. It sets the standards for a brand, be it a small startup or a large MNC. We certainly got our money’s worth by using this platform due to its seamless and user-friendly experience and lightning fast customer support as well. Our brand had a 30% greater recall after our event through this platform.

Cons: There were negligible cons to me as it was an extremely smooth and lightning quick experience for us. We plan on coming back for future events after having conducted our very first event through this platform.

Overall: With the basic functions being performed to the expectations, EventTitans has plenty of other features left to explore and that gives it its USP of standing out amongst other platforms. We plan on hosting all our future events through EventTitans now.

Pros: EventTitans made the whole registration or ticketing process so quick and easy that our attendees could easily register themselves for the event in minimum steps. Also, allowing attendees to customize their ticket as per their availability and desire was just an amazing feature.

Cons: Definitely, no cons! I liked all the services and I am impressed with my experience working with EventTitans.

Overall: Quick one-step ticketing feature made a lot of our attendees register for the event in just one-go, without going back.

Pros: EventTitans is not just an event management platform that goes on giving you false hopes, but it will give you much more beyond their promises. I mean it! I was a bit nervous before the demonstration because coding is not my type of thing. Guess what? There was nothing like you needed coding to access those brilliant features. You got any doubt? The support team is there to assist you 24/7 and trust me you are all done with your confusion within no time.

Cons: It is really tough to find a cons in this platform, as it worked just the perfect for my requirements.

Overall: Active and coordinating support team resolving all your queries within no time. I say, “Go for it”.

Pros: Easy to use software.
You can use it without great expertise or prior experience.
The software is extremely smooth.

Cons: It delivered what I expected but at the beginning it was slow.

Overall: Wow! The software worked well for me. The hybrid event I organized was very successful. The full credit goes to EventTitans software.

Pros: Superb features that make organization of any event as easy as ever. You can handle this software with no technical knowledge. It gives amazing results.

Cons: At first you might have a hard time getting started with the software. It is true that the user instructions are not easy to follow for everyone. But it's not very complicated too. You can develop confidence with time. Best part is that it makes event management seamless. Not any major con.

Overall: It was my friend's wedding. My company was given the responsibility to organise it. I used this software for the complete process. It was easy to use. Registration and invitation was managed like never before. It was a great experience.
