DentiMax

Pros: Easy to use, training and support always ready to help, fast, detailed, very easy to customize for each user, etc.

Cons: I wish the password would not have to change every 60 days, but i understand why it is important to do that.

Overall: We have been in dentistry for over 30 years, and we have worked with Dentimax for the past 8 years, and we won't switch to anyone else at this point.
We are using the cloud version and it delivers day in and day out for multiple locations.

Pros: The support staff at DentiMax is by far the most professional group of people I have ever had the privilege of contacting. They are both knowledgeable and caring and a joy with. They really care and it shows. They are fantastic, as is the DentiMax program. They are a wonderful group of people and are true professionals at what they do.

Cons: There is nothing not to like, they are pros at what they do.

Overall: Fantastic experience! As a consultant my client relies on me for computer help from time to time. I in turn rely on DentiMax to help me with questions that arise. I must say you guys are the best! You really know your product!

Pros: I like the fact that DentiMax does everything my old Dentrix program did, but it also gives me the freedom to use whatever peripheral hardware I would like to bridge to it.

I also like how DentiMax is very intuitive to use. I do not have difficulty getting my new employees trained to use it. They pick it up very quickly.

The custom reports this software can generate allow me to know what I need to know about my practice. Once they’re set-up they are always there for you.

Finally, the costs to purchase and maintain this software have been so much lower than what I was used to paying. DentiMax has been a great value which has added to my bottom-line.

Cons: I never like the set-up process and data conversion etc. involved with new hardware or software. It took some time to configure the software and the reports to do what I wanted. I expected this though.

Overall: I have found DentiMax to be a competitive product at a value price. The software meets and exceeds my needs.

Pros: DentiMax is easy to use. It makes finding patient information really easy and I can jump from screen to screen with no problem. I love the reporting and recall system, as well as the payment by EOB in the ledger. Everything is just very straightforward and easy to read.

Cons: The only thing is that I really wish I could change the font size on all the screens

Overall: My experience has been great with DentiMax. The sales rep was very helpful and support always takes great care of us!
