Cons: You have to make sure patient information on dash is current. But that is better than mailing a bill.

Overall: Bills go out automatically, so I'm not sure how often I use it. I only check on it once a month when we review why a bill isn't getting paid. This is when we check the billing phone number. Maybe switch from husband to wife in hopes that she will pay it.
