    Pros: Easy to use, reasonable priced, and easy to install. Remote session interface is easy to navigate.

    Cons: Very basic. You have very little control without first doing a remote session. You can't hide it in the Add/Remove Programs. Worst of all, the support! They definitely do not understand English, so trying to get a clear answer from them will take multiple responses, spread out over days!
    We will not be renewing...

    Overall: Easy to install, and easy to use, and can connect to end user's PC's pretty easily. That's about the only positives.

    Pros: I like the fact this handles most Windows specific support requirements, so it is an ideal solution for corporate or govt support, particularly in the case of remote worker lockdowns.

    Cons: I wish there were more Linux specific support integrations, but since that only affects our servers, it is not a big deal.

    Overall: Generally this is simple to install and easy to use. Our team are remote workers due to COVID with some out of the country, so we needed an integrated solution.
