Pros: I love that my clients get to be anonymous especially because they’re living with HIV/AIDS. It’s allowing me to reach them in a more personalized way that eliminates fear & stigma.
Cons: Some features are only available with the upgrade. I wish I could do auto reply for certain group sign ups.
Overall: Easy to navigate. Helpful to reach many people at once. Keeps my personal number separate. Great for reminding and updating groups of individuals. Would be great for family reunions.

Pros: Very easy to send text messages and manage the responses. It's so simple that anyone could use it to reach their audience.
Cons: I haven't really played with all of the functions, but it seems like pretty simple software.
Overall: Overall this software is a great way to reach people via text messaging. It's easy to use, streamlined, and easy to manage.

Pros: Community was a great way for us to take advantage of SMS to reach out to our clients whom we previously were only able to connect with over one medium at scale being email.
Cons: The ONLY thing Community doesn't have is a way for our clients to select which 'tag' they'd like to opt-in for without our direct involvement to make it happen. Ex: we have three markets in which we operate and people that sign up for our texts prefer only a couple of those markets rather than them all. They can send us a text back with what market they prefer, but at that point, there is unneeded friction by having to have myself go back in there to manually input their desired market or 'tag'.
Overall: Love it! Community has served us exceptionally well and for a great price. My concerns with a couple of features don't even stand close in relation to the pros it has offered us.

Pros: I love Community and use it all the time to communicate with fans of my writing. Recently, I had to contact customer service with an issue that they quickly and efficiently took care of. The follow-up to my inquiry was exceptional and above and beyond.
Cons: I can’t think of any cons either for me or my subscribers!
Overall: Fantastic experience! Their customer service is exceptional - quick, great communication, personable, and with great follow-up.

Pros: It’s a very simple user interface that was easy to create on. It was also an easy and quick way to interact with our community.
Cons: Cost/follower. I would like to see a cheaper option based on having a smaller user base. The cost to keep the monthly membership didn’t make sense based on the number of members we had on the platform.
Overall: We had a good experience overall, however as mentioned, the cost per month was too high compared to our following size. I would recommend it to other creators with a larger more engaged following.

Pros: My Community is a very effective platform to communicate on a personal level with the members. It is easy to use and affordable.
I love the categories that you can place your members in for a better organization.
Customer service is amazing they are quick and efficient!Cons: The only con I have is: it would be nice to see who’s birthday so we can personalize our response or gift to them.
Overall: If you have not tried my Community as a platform to communicate, you are missing out! You have nothing to lose but everything to gain in testing it out.

Pros: Loved the platform for our ministry for community engagement and encouragement. Easy to navigate, respond, and priced fairly.. Love the birthday feature too.
Cons: We had no complaints. The only reason we discontinued is that we desired to reach a different audience.
Overall: LOVED IT - loved the platform for our ministry for community engagement and encouragement. We used this tool as a way to point others to Jesus.

Pros: Clean appearance, user friendly interface. Mobile app works well and has full capability. Contact card feature is nice. Signup buttons and popups are included, configurable, and easy to add to your social and website. Sign up automation is pre-configured and easy to set up. Designed to work in tandem with your social media. Pricing is good value for the number of features, contacts, and messages. Customer support is responsive and helpful.
Cons: Sign up form is too long and too much data is required. Need the ability to make birthday and gender identity not required on sign up form. You can't receive or send texts unless they fill out ALL fields on the sign up. There's no option to modify pre-configured automation workflow for sign ups. Can't export contacts. You don't "own" the data, Community "owns" the data. Dependent on social, not designed to be a standalone texting service. Pricing details aren't provided up front, not publicly posted.
Overall: Overall, it's a good app. I appreciate the clean appearance and the nice signup buttons and popups that are included, configurable, and easy to add to your social and website. I WOULD recommend if you are pairing this with your social media, your audience doesn't mind the long sign up form, and you don't need to own the data. I would NOT recommend if you want to receive messages without using a sign up form, if you want a shorter sign up form, and if you want more configuration options on the initial contact/signup workflow/automation.

Pros: I loved the ability to reach ideal clients in a unique way using the community text. The team that helped me learn the app and how to use it was awesome and so informative.
Cons: I loved it all. I am pausing using it at this time as I build my audience and will definitely be returning in the fire.

Pros: Community allows me to personally connect with each individual and it provides me with demographic information about everyone that joins. I love that I can categorize each subscriber based off keywords.
Unlike other SMS services, Community doesn’t limit sending messages based off credits. The pricing is upfront and very clear.
Also, the staff and employees are very pleasant and accessible. When I had an issue, I simply sent an email and received a response to hop on zoom to work through it together.Cons: The functions that are available on the website should also be available on the app. Also, it would be great to be able to pre-schedule text messages.
Lastly, it’s a little more pricey than other sms services. Being able to participate in a free trial would’ve made me a customer sooner. I decided to give it a try after talking with someone else that used the service.Overall: Overall, I am satisfied with the experience. It’s great receiving the notifications about new subscribers. The app is very accessible and it minimizes the need for trying to manually set everything up on my personal or business line. I love that I can send links and photos to my community. The analytics feature is also great.

Pros: We received great support. The system can be very powerful if used correctly. You can text photos, videos, voice memos, links, and text, just like you would on an iPhone. You can target/segment by age, location, interest, and more.
Cons: Must monitor and stay current with responses. It can be confusing at first.
Overall: Great tool overall. It is another way to reach and communicate with our customers, dealers, and suppliers in real time. It brings the human touch back.

Pros: Incredible customer service, great pricing and super easy to use. The app is really well designed and the interface is great.
Cons: Not many ways to grow your community through the app itself, that's mostly dependent on your ability to grow through social.

Pros: I love being able to text people in my community. They love it too and it's also an easy way for them to respond with questions/comments. Super great product and company!
Cons: Cannot currently customize the info collected during sign-up.

Pros: This application is so simple to use I can tell the designers put a lot of thought and care into how do user experience would work with this app. It’s very clear with the values and texting and engage in your community and learning so much from home without a whole lot of complicated marketing steps and too many features that you really need. This app is a collection of a select few features that are so powerful I could step in and create a campaign easily. The engagement I want with my client base is Easy to do from idea execution on this app. There’s so many marketing tools out there none come close to the value and power of the Community app!
Cons: Could be a little bit more clear about what you can and cannot do upon signing up. So that I know what I can do with the idea I have an execute the campaign as quickly as possible.
Overall: Functional, simple and powerful application for engaging with my client base and creating the curiosity a buzz around my business that I’m looking for.

Pros: Great software for nonprofits/small businesses. Easy to use and requires little training to teach staff. Makes information that needs to be blasted, organized and convenient. Would highly recommend if you find yourself worrying about how to get information out to a bunch of people at once --- especially in today's society where people rarely check emails.
Cons: No discounts for nonprofits. Can be expensive for small companies. Doesn't have a six month, or yearly subscription option either.
Overall: Will continue to use Community for our clients to get out information in a fast and organized way. I would recommend this for all non-profits and small businesses that want to enhance communication with their clients.

Pros: Easy to use platform. Very straightforward. Pretty simple. I like the ease of scheduling texts, and responding to texts. It's like using the native messaging platform on my OS.
Cons: It's a bit too simple. I wish it had further functionality, which I'm sure is being built out.
The biggest con is lack of data. I don't enough about my fans, contact info, etc.
We do weekly giveaways and would love an easy way to feed through data in spreadsheet form. No easy way to do this.
I would like more streamlining and easier keyword filtering. Ex: word has to match exactly. So if we tell people to text us "Cookies" and they text us "COOOOOOKIES" the automations don't work.Overall: It's a good experience overall. 50 is a bit pricey for the limited functionality, but I'm willing to take the risk for now as an early adopter.

Pros: Great app, and website, easy to learn, helpful metrics! Whitelisted so our msgs get delivered! I just all around love it.
Cons: Sometimes something is done so well, you can’t help but think of more possibilities! I’m looking forward to things like notes, reports about people that have dropped off or don’t ever respond...
