Attentive

Pros: I really like the level of customer support we get from Attentive, they're always offering us new journeys, and ideas to increase our conversion. The platform is super easy to use and we are able to easily schedule sign up unit switches and messages ourselves.

Cons: If there was one con, I would say that the reporting could be a little more robust. Sometimes I have to pull reports from two different places to try and analyze data better.

Overall: Overall my experience with Attentive has been great. We've been using them for over two years now, and I still think they have the best in class SMS program. We really enjoy working with them. If you have a small team, like we do, they're like an extension of your team which is so helpful!

Pros: Can't say enough good things about Attentive. Not only is their team easy to work with and responsive, but they make the platform very easy to use.

Cons: Gets expensive if you want to add emojis to texts.

Overall: Overall I think Attentive is really awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for SMS or any other feature they provide.

Pros: Attentive has been fantastic to work with. They're always pushing the envelope with features and delivering new ways to drive revenue. The platform is already robust but they are constantly developing new capabilities. And the best part is the team goes beyond standard level support, by actually helping you strategize and implement and sometimes even building out entire flows for you. Could not be happier with the experience.

Cons: It's a tad bit on the pricier side but its a premium product that is definitely worth it.

Overall: 10/10 would recommend, especially if you're looking for a one-stop-shop to handle all your SMS (and now email) that will always be ahead of the curve.

Pros: I love how responsive and helpful everyone at Attentive is. We've been working with them for 3+ years, and they always come to the table with new features and ideas to work through.

Cons: Occasionally there's a few bugs, but that's to be expected!

Overall: Love it! I have no major complaints, and always enjoy the frequent updates and opportunities to connect with our account manager.

Pros: I was able to hit the ground day 1 with this software. There are so many capabilities like segmentation, a/b testing, creating web pop-ups... and they make it easy enough for us to do all on our own! However, the support staff is incredibly efficient and kind if I do need help.

Cons: The reporting features are a bit clunky, but overall there hasn't been data I wasn't able to pull with a little help from my account rep.

Overall: I would recommend this software to anyone. The interface is easy to use, the team is always sending over helpful tips and articles, and I can tell they care about our business.

Pros: Outstanding Customer Success and Support - Undoubtedly the highest in the industry. Their dedicated customer success team is genuinely committed to aiding you in nurturing and growing your business.

Innovative AI Tools - Particularly noteworthy are their their audience expansion and copywriting assistant features.

User-Friendly Experience - The platform is designed with the utmost simplicity in mind, ensuring that users of all levels can effortlessly navigate and harness its capabilities.

Swift and Effective Response - Their team stands out for their quick response times, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving issues and providing solutions, rather than simply redirecting customers to support resources.

Compliance is excellent.

Cons: Reporting has seen significant improvements since our launch in 2020, but it still requires further refinement.

Expense is a concern, although they are open to feedback and willing to address this issue.

Overall: Attentive excels in customer success and support while featuring an innovative suite of features and a user-friendly platform.

Pros: Attentive has been a great partner for SMS. Our account manager has been amazing. They are very SMS compliant, and they tons of features to make sure you SMS is performing well.

Cons: They are on the expensive side in comparison to the other SMS platforms.

Overall: Overall, I have loved working with attentive. There's a reason why we've been with them for 3 years. Attentive has grown our business so much through SMS. It is not a vital and critical channel for us.

Pros: Really easy to use, very effective. SMS marketing has done wonders for us, and Attentive is at the forefront of SMS marketing automation. Lots of customization options, and really excited that they now have email marketing.

Cons: I don't have any issues at all with Attentive. It has excelled at everything we need it to do.

Overall: Definitely the best SMS marketing solution out there. Now that Attentive has email marketing as well, it's really evolving into a powerhouse marketing automation solution.
