Compact, low memory profile and totally customizable. Thank to the developers/

A nice little program. It loads in the system area of the task bar, and when you click the icon, a rectangle appears, displaying the date and time for the time zone that's configured for that icon. You click the icon again to make the rectangle disappear. Not very well integrated with the task bar though. It needs the taskbar to be at the bottom of the screen to work properly, and its system area icons go into the "normally hidden" section. (I'm running Win7-64.) Also, there's no installer. But it's a nice-looking and useful utility.
