This request is an addendum to "Icon in Tools toolbar with user customizable action" and would serve the same purpose.
Could an icon be added to the Tools toolbar to open the same menu as right click, Scripts (shows scripts in scripts folder)

In Xfe, a Scripts menu has been added, so you can use it instead of the right click menu.
